Rule #1
For the beginner modifications just simply plug in the exercises below for the more difficult ones above but still follow along to us in the video above using the same time and rep count.
Rule #2
There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO equipment needed to perform 90% of all our exercises but in the beginner version 100% of the exercises use zero equipment. No excuses ;)
Rule #3
Lastly... Do not worry if you are unable to complete the more difficult exercises. Everyone starts as a beginner at some point. Just keep working hard and hopefully advance to the more difficult movements. The goal here is that you are trying! Try everyday and you'll be amazed how far you come in a short time.
